User Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Hongkong Minigame Technology Co., Limited (MiniGame) to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1 — Remove the app from your Facebook account

If you played one of our games using Facebook Login or Facebook / Messenger Instant Games, you can revoke our access and ask for your data to be deleted directly from Facebook:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and websites (under “Your activity” / “Permissions”).
  3. Find the game published by MiniGame and select Remove.
  4. Tick the option to also delete posts, videos or events the app posted on your timeline if you wish, and confirm.

Once the app is removed we can no longer access your Facebook information, and any data we received through Facebook will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email us

Send an email to support@minigame.wang with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • the name of the game or app you used;
  • your player / user ID shown in the game’s settings screen, or your Facebook app-scoped user ID if you signed in with Facebook;
  • the platform you play on (Android, iOS, Facebook / Messenger, or web browser).

We will verify the request, permanently delete or anonymise all personal data associated with your account — including game progress, profile information and analytics records — and confirm by email within 30 days.

Option 3 — Reset your advertising identifier

Most data collected for analytics and advertising is linked only to your device’s advertising identifier. You can make previously collected data unlinkable to you at any time:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads, then “Delete advertising ID” or “Reset advertising ID”.

What gets deleted

On a verified request we delete your player profile, game progress and scores, any information received from Meta platforms (such as your app-scoped user ID, name and profile picture) and analytics records linked to your identifiers. We may retain a minimal record that a deletion request was processed where required by law.
